Hi, I'm a Service Advisor at Wolfchase Genesis Hyundai of Memphis. I'm a Bartlett resident with two boys, just 11 months apart, who keep me busy! Before joining the automotive world, I pursued nursing at the Career Academy on Poplar, specializing in Alzheimer's and dementia care – I even have my CNA certification and additional Alzheimer's and dementia training. I’m passionate about helping people, and that translates to my work here. I love connecting with customers and explaining all the ins and outs of their vehicles. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, hockey games, South Carolina beaches, and catching up with friends over food. I also have a martial arts background and even won a first-place trophy once! My positive attitude and listening skills help me build rapport with everyone. I enjoy discussing cars, food, and family – feel free to chat about any of those!

Very friendly and helpful with check in and check out. My only issue was that I needed to be at a meeting at a specific time downtown and had requested a shuttle. However, it took so long to get the shuttle ready that I was 10 minutes late despite having given ample advanced notice.
