Bringing a passion for service to the luxury automotive sector, she is known for her big, bubbly personality and willingness to go above and beyond to serve guests when, where, and how they want to be served. A recognized leader in her community, Leslie is a recipient of the prestigious Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for her philanthropic and community outreach efforts, which include actively feeding and clothing the homeless in her hometown of Memphis, Tennessee. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix, along with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Christian Studies. Driven by her philosophy that "it costs nothing to be kind," Leslie is dedicated to providing encouragement and positive affirmations to everyone she meets. In her spare time, she serves as a Travel Agent and enjoys traveling the world with the love of her life, her spouse, and their six beautiful children. She also enjoys singing in her church choir, playing football, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.

1. Arrival & Service Valet: The scheduling process online was seamless, and the arrival valet team was professional and prompt. I was greeted immediately upon pulling into the drive, which is exactly the kind of efficient, high-touch experience I expect from Genesis. 2. Communication & Transparency: My Service Advisor was excellent—highly professional, trustworthy, and straightforward about the timing. I especially appreciated the technician’s multi-point inspection video text; seeing the undercarriage and brake measurements firsthand adds an incredible layer of transparency and trust to the process. 3. Quality of Work & Vehicle Delivery: The mechanical service was completed correctly the first time, and the vehicle drives beautifully. The car was also returned to me washed and vacuumed, which is a fantastic touch. Overall, the service team at Genesis of Wolfchase demonstrates great integrity, character, and professional care.
